Coach Mo came back to her hometown to change the experience she had as a child in sports. Nothing had changed in 20+ years and Mo has and continues to be on a mission as an experienced elite player and elite college coach and child advocate to have a program created by a woman for the girls. It is the mission of Precision One to educate, uplift, and create the future leaders for tomorrow on the court and off. Mo's background is unmatched locally. Our Story
Mo has built two sports complexes in the Cedar Rapids Marion area. Her story will be told on the hardships she has suffered to be a child advocate fighting against abusers and pedophiles in our community and in the nation. Mo started POV in 2016 while building a multisport complex off Tower Terrace road. Upon near completion her business partner told her she could no longer step foot on the property in the facility she made. Her dream, her design, her business plan, her building it, he handed it over to the same old, not real sports and male directed programs taking the home SHE built claiming it as their doing. For 6 years MANY have lied about the story... and this issue is still being litigated to this day and the media refuses to tell the truth. Mo won't quit. She fights hard every day for the children in our community's safety and believes in the mission of putting kids first in sports. Club sports should not be about invite-only, win at all costs, recruiting, grooming and multiple stressful tryouts, body shaming, or qualified women being attacked for sticking up for kids. It is about offering a safe place for kids to find their voices and build confidence surrounded by actually experienced people in it for the right reasons. There is no better home and surroundings than POV. There are several people on the POV staff with unmatched experience to make a safe place for girls with ELITE training.
