POV LEAUGES

2024 POV Leagues will be focusing on introduction of team skills and strategies used in volleyball. Daily warm ups and training drills will be presented to the players and then they play. Participants will be separated into the different teams based on the skill levels and positions, and trained according to the demands of their current level of play. ALL Players will participate in the daily scrimmages.
